SiteFitted service terms

1. Who you are buying from

Your contract is with SiteFitted. You can contact us at hello@sitefitted.co.uk. Our business or service address is 5 Brayford Square, London, E1 0SG, United Kingdom.

2. The Get Online package

The package costs £249, paid once. It includes five fitted pages: Home, Services, About, Contact and one Gallery, Portfolio, Case Studies, Testimonials or FAQ page.

It also includes professional wording based on your fitting form, up to 10 supplied photographs, mobile and desktop layouts, two consolidated revision rounds, basic search and accessibility foundations, domain and email connection, final checks and launch.

It does not include ecommerce, member accounts, custom software, bespoke design from a blank page or third-party subscription costs. We can link to a booking service that you own.

3. Your responsibilities

You must provide complete and accurate business information, supply content promptly and have permission to use every logo, photograph, testimonial and other item you send. You remain responsible for checking factual, regulatory and professional claims before approval.

You buy and own your domain name, business email and any third-party account. SiteFitted helps connect them but does not own them for you.

4. Timing, draft and revisions

The first draft is targeted within 10 working days after we receive a complete fitting form, usable photographs and any required account access. Missing information or delayed replies pause the timetable.

Your package includes two revision rounds. Please send one complete list of wording, colour and photograph requests in each round. New pages, new features or later changes are separate fixed-price work and will be agreed before we begin.

5. Website Care

Website Care is optional and costs £10 per month. It starts only after your website launches if you select it. It covers hosting, SSL, backups, security and uptime monitoring, platform updates, contact-form monitoring and technical recovery support.

Website Care does not include content edits, redesigns or new features. Those can be purchased separately at the prices shown in the shop. If you do not select Website Care, or if it later ends, you are responsible for arranging and paying for compatible hosting so the website can remain online. SiteFitted can explain the technical requirements before launch.

6. Cancellation

Consumers ordering online normally have 14 days to cancel. At checkout, you may expressly ask us to begin during that period. If you then cancel after work has started, you may have to pay a reasonable proportion for work already supplied. This does not remove any rights the law gives you.

To cancel, email hello@sitefitted.co.uk with your name and order reference, or use our model cancellation form.

7. Approval, results and problems

We will ask you to approve the website before launch. We do not promise a particular search ranking, number of enquiries or business result. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it.

If something is wrong, contact us first so we can put it right. Your statutory rights are not affected.
